Backed up by our extensive experience in the analysis of immune repertoire sequencing data, we aim at delivering reliable and efficient software tools that can be easily employed by immunologists with little or no computational background.
At MiLaboratory, we focus on developing data analysis solutions for emerging molecular technologies including high-fidelity quantitative high-throughput sequencing and deep T-cell receptor and antibody repertoire profiling.
From a biomedical perspective, our areas of interest include studying the mechanisms underlying development of individual immune repertoires, immunological consequences of immunosuppressive and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) therapies, identification of specific T-cell clones and clonotypes as potential diagnostic targets in autoimmune and infectious diseases, and aging-associated changes in adaptive immunity.
At its core, our goal at MiLaboratory is to drive the creation of technologies for adaptive immunity profiling that can be readily employed in clinical and pharmaceutical research settings for applications including vaccine design, transplantation studies, immunotherapies, and immune repertoire-based diagnostics.
